Led the review and complete re-write of the NSW Transport Services Functional Area Supporting Plan (State Emergency Plan). Operational Delivery: Led Paramedic Registration Project in Ambulance Victoria to full compliance of the 5500 work force within six weeks through the successful engagement of frontline managers and an effective communication strategy.
