Transport for NSW State Plan
Led the review and complete re-write of the NSW Transport Services Functional Area Supporting Plan (State Emergency Plan). This included leading workshops, consultation across transport, establishing a standing committee, Transport for NSW executive approval and State Emergency Management Committee approval in October 2022.

Emergency Team Development
Led the development of incident, emergency and crisis management teams within Public Transport Victoria and Transport for NSW (executive, operational and response) through strategic alignment, role clarification, communication, recruitment, clear direction and intuitive procedures. Led responses to emergencies in both states for storm events, extreme heat, significant transport disruptions and security events. Teams shined in both states.

Exercise controller for Victorian Transport State Exercise Chimera including over 250 participants, Exercise controller for active shooter functional exercise at Headquarters Joint Operations Command, Australian Defence. Liaison Officer and evaluator for national, state and organisation level exercises across multiple jurisdictions.

Risk Profile and Framework Development
Development of clear resilience indicators, risk profiles, risk management plans, frameworks and workplans relevant to each organisation for Public Transport Victoria, Make-a-Wish Foundation, Transport for NSW and Woolworths Group. A clear strategy and framework providing assurance for each Board / Executive on maturity level progress and assisted with insurance and funding.

Responsible for major recruitment, specialist, promotion and induction programs for NSW Police, ACT Ambulance, Public Transport Victoria, Transport for NSW and Ambulance Victoria including stepping up the resources supporting the processes, increasing training capacity and ensuring financial and budget governance.

Business Re-alignment: Led the transition of the CFA Pandemic Management Team from response emergency management structure to a program of six key workstreams. The workstreams to embed Covid `Normal ‘practices into business as usual teams whilst maintaining a response and escalation capability, managing the return to work process and changed worked practices.
